Manomet, Massachusetts is a small village in the southern coastal area of
Plymouth. It is close to downtown Plymouth, home of Plimoth Plantation,
Mayflower II, restaurants for any palate and wallet, shops, and many more
attractions - yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of the crowded tourist
areas. If you choose to stay put, you can find everything you need right in
the village center including groceries, wine and beer, several restaurants,
one of the best seafood markets on the South Shore and more. If you are
feeling more adventurous, Provincetown, Boston, and the rest of New England
are all manageable day trips. Ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket are a
short drive away.
